From which version of HAProxy does “Choose the action to perform on the checked servers” under backend section of stats page is available?
This was introduced in release version 1.4.9.
Thanks Lukas I think you are mentioning about its availability via unix socket (CLI) not in web page but I am more interested in version in which it is available in web page.

Thanks Lukas, I missed adding “stats admin if condition” in configuration, after adding it is working fine.
