# HA Proxy URL Redirect hide

Hello,

We have installed and configured an HA Proxy as Loadbalancer And Redirect

When calling a url should the Redirect

[test.de](http://test.de) ACL and REDIRECT

acl test\_host hdr(host) -i [www.test.de](http://www.test.de)  
acl cdh\_url path -i /cdh  
redirect location [http://www.test.de:8080/test](http://www.test.de:8080/test) code 302 if test\_host cdh\_url

Remain hidden and only the requested URL is displayed in the browser

Has anybody here maybe a tip

So its not a redirect, but a rewrite.

Use the http-request directive:  
[https://cbonte.github.io/haproxy-dconv/1.6/configuration.html#4.2-http-request](https://cbonte.github.io/haproxy-dconv/1.6/configuration.html#4.2-http-request)
