Hey Guys, after several hours of intense research and multiple days with asking chatgpt in multiple ways you are my last hope.

Iam trying to =\> Show every user that accesses any domain or website a 5 second loading page and redirect him after that to the destination he wanted to reach.

Can someone please help me?
