# Unknown keyword 'ssl'. registered keywords haproxy

Below is my haproxy details. I am getting unknown keyword ‘ssl’. registered keywords issue. I am trying to implement ssl termination in haproxy

You need to install openssl header files and recompile haproxy with `USE_OPENSSL=1`, to include SSL support.
