Hi,

I am using HAProxy 2.0.9 with `http-reuse safe` and according to the [documentation](https://cbonte.github.io/haproxy-dconv/2.0/configuration.html#5.2-pool-purge-delay), after 5 seconds half of the idle connections are closed. But contrary to that, according to my observation, server connections opened by a session are getting closed 5 seconds after the client connection’s FIN is sent.

Am I missing something?
