You may want to set persistent ID’s for each backend server, that way, it doesn’t depend on the sequence of your servers in the configuration file.

One more question. I use least conn balancing with sticky tables, could I save active connections count before reload haproxy?
I don’t know what you mean by “save active connections count”.
