Does haproxy-2.2.git master branch stable enough?

I found that the last release 2.2.3 has fixed some problems, detail in these page: http://www.haproxy.org/bugs/bugs-2.2.3.html

so could I just use the master branch of http://git.haproxy.org/git/haproxy-2.2.git/
in the production environment?
Is it stable enough?
