Haproxy real server limit question

I have another load balancing product that I want to replace with HAProxy. One of the sticking points that I am investigating is whether we can have capacity to load balance around 2000 real ip sites behind it. I have not seen documentation about capacity other than connections/sec so if someone can link to a doc that would be helpful.

Yes you can. Just make sure the hardware is up to it.

Thanks for the reply. I am working on setting up a prototype to get a
better feel on configuring it to do what we want.
