I am new to HAProxy and Let’s Encrypt, so I am looking for step-by-step instructions on how to set up Let’s Encrypt with HAProxy 3.3.x. I have looked on haproxy.com and haproxy.org and have not found any step-by-step instructions.

However as pointed out in the documentation, this feature is experimental. Therefore there will be no step by step instructions; on the contrary, you will need to run bleeding edge releases, you need to be ready to encounter bugs and report them on the haproxy mailing list, and apply patches to fix those bugs.

This feature will be rough around the edges. If you are not ready to put in lots of time to test, report back and apply patches for this experimental feature, I would suggest you look at existing non-experimental solutions instead.
