Nginx just announced support for grpc. https://www.nginx.com/blog/nginx-1-13-10-grpc/ . Envoy has supported grpc for sometime. Will HAProxy support grpc protocol?
Is there a proper forum to file feature request from HAProxy ?
It now works as of master version 2.0-dev0-1bb812-63 2019/01/04. If everything goes well, it will be backported into 1.9.2.
